ENVELOPE PUNCH BOARD SNOWMAN

I made this cute little snowman using the envelope punch board.  I was inspired by Dawn Olchefske's Gift Box Punch Board Snowman.  I don't have the Gift Box Punch Board yet so I made mine with the Envelope Punch Board.  Mine is much smaller.  I see now that this poor little guy's buttons are off center!

Do You Want To Build A Snowman?  Well if so, here are some measurements:

Bottom box - 8" Square.  Punch and score at 2 1/4"
Head - 5 1/2" Square.  Punch and score at 1 5/8"
Hat - 4" Square.  Punch and score at 1 1/4"
Brim - 3" square

To make a cube box, you punch and score all sides at the same measurement.  Then you simply flip your cardstock over and repeat.

I used sticky strip to assemble my boxes.  Boxes are attached using glue dots.  The largest size circle for the buttons and white part of eye, and flower center is the 3/8" punch from the itty bitty shapes punch pack (now retired).  I used a standard hole punch for the black eye center.

Merry Little Christmas 8" Sampler

This sampler was inspired by one I saw by Mary Beth Frewin.  The colors are Cherry Cobbler, Gumball Green, Chocolate Chip, Gold, and Very Vanilla.  The Cherry Cobbler squares are 2".  I matted them on a piece of 7 1/4" Very Vanilla card stock.  The 8" mat is Chcolate Chip.  The DSP is the retired Be of Good Cheer.  The center square greeting is from the retired Merry Little Christmas stamp set and is punched using the 2 1/2" circle punch.

PEEPS FOR MOM

I had such a nice time with the children I babysit today making Mother's Day gifts.  I found Peeps at CVS for pennies.  The back of the tag explains they are for roasting.  I think this is a great activity for Mother's Day, don't you?  I used the Kind and Cozy and Delightful Dozen stamp sets.

EASTER BASKET CARD

I made a bunch of these last night with a little help from my girls Meagan and Carolyn.  The stamp set I used is the retired Easter Blossoms which is one of my absolute favorite sets. (now retired)

Supplies:

Coastal Cabana, Crisp Canteloupe, Sahara Sand, and Whisper White card stock
Easter Blossoms stamp set (retired)
Coastal Cabana, Summer Starfruit, and Crisp Canteloupe stamp pads.
Decorative Dots (SAB retired) and Square Lattice embossing folders
Ovals Collection Framelits
Sweet Sorbet Designer Series Paper (SAB - retired)
Sweet Sorbet Accessory Pack (SAB - retired)

I cut the basket base 3 3/4" x 2 1/4".  I angled the sides by measuring in 3/4" on bottom edge and cutting on an angle with my paper trimmer.
